Our Service Process — From Inquiry to Production
1. Free Consultation & Raw Material Testing
Tell us your raw material (waste PCBs, lithium batteries, solar panels, anode slime, gold-plated components, copper-bearing solution, etc.), target capacity and location. We recommend the right process flow and equipment within 24 hours. Send us a material sample and our laboratory will analyze its composition and run process tests — you receive a testing report with expected recovery rates before you make any decision. The testing service is free.
2. Custom Solution Design & Quotation
Based on the testing report, our engineers design the process flow, equipment configuration and workshop layout for your specific capacity and site, and provide a detailed proposal with quotation. We size lines from 300 kg/h pilot scale to 2 t/h industrial plants to match your business plan.
3. Manufacturing with 100% Factory Trial Run
Every plant is fully assembled, tested and trial-run in our own 30,000 m² workshop before shipment. We share production photos and videos so you can follow your order in real time, and the equipment is released for sea freight only after passing our internal inspection checklist.
4. Shipping & Export Logistics
We ship worldwide by sea freight in standard or open-top containers, with complete export documentation and loading photos/videos for every shipment. We quote FOB or CIF to your port, arrange loading under supervision, and assist with customs clearance in your country.
5. Installation & Commissioning
Our engineers provide on-site installation supervision, or step-by-step remote video guidance if you prefer. The line is commissioned and run with your own material until it reaches the rated capacity.
6. Operator Training & Lifetime After-Sales
We train your operators until the line runs at rated capacity — on-site, by video tutorials and with operation & maintenance manuals. After handover, our team stays available 24 hours a day for technical support, spare parts supply and process optimization, for the whole life of your plant.

Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
We are a factory-based manufacturer. All equipment is designed, fabricated and trial-run in our own workshop in Zhengzhou, China. You are welcome to request a live video tour or visit us in person before ordering.
Can you test my raw material before I buy?
Yes. Send us a sample of your waste material — PCBs, anode slime, silver contacts or catalytic converters — and our lab will analyze its composition and run process tests. You receive a test report with expected recovery rates before you make any decision. The testing service is free.
What purity can your precious metal refining equipment achieve?
Our gold refining and extraction equipment and silver/copper electrolytic refining systems can reach up to 99.99% purity, depending on the feed material and process configuration.
What capacities do your plants offer?
We design lines from 300 kg/h pilot scale to 2 t/h industrial plants. Tell us your daily input and target output, and we will size the line accordingly.
Do you provide installation and operator training?
Yes. Installation supervision (on-site or remote video guidance) and complete operator training are included until the line runs at rated capacity.
What is your warranty and after-sales support?

How is the equipment shipped?
We ship worldwide by sea freight in standard or open-top containers, with complete export documentation and loading photos/videos for every shipment. We can quote FOB or CIF to your port.
Can your E-Waste Recycling Plant handle different types of circuit boards?
Yes. Our e-waste recycling plant processes computer boards, mobile phone boards, TV boards and mixed home-appliance PCBs. The separation process is configured according to your dominant feed type.
How do you ensure environmental compliance of the recycling line?
Every line is equipped with closed-loop dust collection, fume treatment (ozone absorption, activated carbon or scrubber, depending on process) and sound insulation, designed to meet international emission requirements.
How long does delivery take?
Production starts within one week after receiving the advance payment. The production cycle is about one to two months, depending on the machine model.
Do you provide turnkey or EPC recycling plant solutions?
Yes. We provide complete turnkey and EPC solutions — plant design, process design, environmental compliance (EIA) guidance, procurement, construction supervision and commissioning handover — so you get a plant that is ready to produce from day one.
Do you help with customs clearance and import documents?
Yes. We prepare complete export documentation and assist with customs clearance in your country. Our logistics coordinator handles the whole shipping process, and we can quote FOB or CIF to your port.
