The lithium-ion battery recycling plant from YuSai is a turnkey, modular line that converts spent Li-ion batteries (pouch, cylindrical, prismatic, 3C and EV cells, plus electrode scrap) into saleable black mass, copper granules, aluminum granules, steel shells and separator film, with a metal & black mass recovery rate of 98%+ — and, with the optional hydrometallurgy phase, refines black mass into battery-grade lithium hydroxide, nickel sulfate, cobalt sulfate and manganese sulfate.
